Domestic Return Policy

CIRES INDIA have a quality check at each level before product is dispatched from our end. Possibilities of receiving incorrect product is less than 0.001%.

When a customer encounters such situation, Image copy of the products can be taken from customer end & it can be shared within a business day with us from the date of delivery . CIRES INDIA compares the product image that we delivered from their end with the image the customer received  to conclude whether to decline or accept it for refund/replacement to customer. The company reserves the right to accept /decline for refund/replacement to customer. Products can be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery only if incorrect product received (other than ordered) .

Once the company accepts it, Payment Refunds are applicable based on the request from customer only in case of incorrect product(product other than that ordered). When customer needs replacement, will deliver it again with the same price.

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if incorrect products(Product other than that ordered)  are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

International Return Policy

Domestic/International Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped (within 24 hours). Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. Partial order cancellation requests is not allowed. You are allowed to place a new order again.

CIRES INDIA can also cancel the order in case delivery option is not available for that location. In such a case, we will refund the entire amount payed by customer without deducting any transaction fees. 

Domestic/International Refund Policy

Your refund will be initiated by us within 4 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 business days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as  payment gateways, banks and external couriers (for cheques).

Minimal Transaction charges (2.5%) for domestic and 4% for international will be deducted from the total amount as part of refund for cancellation by customer.

Mode of Refund

For both cancelled orders from customer & returned products accepted by the company for refund (due to incorrect products (Product that are NOT matched with your order delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. Minimal Transaction charges (2.5%) for domestic and 4% for international will be deducted from the total amount as part of refund.
